I’m not a massive fan of AI, I have to say (after all, when I used AI to check out the service schedule for my Nissan Leaf it recommended changing the oil, the oil filter and the fuel filter!!!!). But you do have to keep up with the times. When I entered the search term “PrimeLife and incidents of neglect and abuse” in Google, here’s what came up:

The list of recent regulatory findings and concerns is long and concerning. Keep scrolling and you’ll find an interesting table. It lists various claims made by PrimeLife about its policies and procedures for safeguarding the welfare of your family member or friend. Next to each of these claims the table describes the very different (and grim) reality.

Now we’re all learning that AI can be plain stupid or can actually make stuff up. But each time it states the actual truth about a PrimeLife claim, it provides a link that shows where it got its information from. And almost all of these links take you to the Care Quality Commission- the body that has actually inspects their homes and issues Regulatory Penalties.
